This precision-layered titanium basket is a customized product designed for critical filtration stages in copper sulfate ore production. With an overall length of 500 mm, its core structure features an innovative three-layer combination of precision titanium expanded mesh.
From outer to inner layers, mesh apertures are configured at 2กม4 mm, 3กม7 mm, and 10กม15 mm, respectively, achieving progressive material separation from coarse to fine filtration through graded aperture distribution.
